- CHECK IN at 2:00 p.m.; check out at 10:00 a.m. (flexible when possible).
- NO PROHIBITED DRUGS AND SUBSTANCES anywhere within the condominium.
- NO SMOKING within the unit and in the condo's common areas.
You may smoke in La Verti's balcony but please close the balcony's door when you do. - NO EATING in the bedrooms.
- QUIET HOURS are between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- NO UNREGISTERED persons after 10:00 p.m.
- The cleaning fee covers the laundry of the towels and bed linens on your checkout. If you need your bed linens and towels refreshed, you can avail of the laundry services at the ground floor of Tower 1, Grand Towers or South Tower, La Verti Residences. There are also laundry services nearby the condominiums.
- Separate recyclables from disposables.
- EMPTY the garbage bins EVERY night. The recycling and garbage area is in the east side of Grand Towers near the stairs; it is on the west stairs of La Verti Residences.
- CLEAN the sink strainer EVERY night.
- ALWAYS keep the door closed and locked. Peek through the peep hole of the door before opening the door. If in doubt, call the security at the lobby.
- CLOSE all windows when you leave the unit to prevent rain water to enter the unit when you are away.
- TURN OFF air conditioning units, electric fans, lights and TV when you are not using them, and when you are about to leave the unit.
- In case of fire within the unit, immediately leave and close the door behind you. Ask for help along the way.
- We are confident the you will take care of the unit as if it is yours. We do not expect any damages or missing items upon your checkout. Damages/loss will be reported to the booking website (Flipkey or AirBNB) or to us by our condo managers. Damages/loss will be deducted from your deposit, and if this is insufficient, please top-up to cover the damages/loss.
